Competitive Compensation: Anticipate earning approximately $50,000.00 - $120,000.00+ per year depending on your chosen case-load. Our reimbursement split fee model, starting at 60/40, is location-dependent and negotiable.

 

Flexible Schedule: Align your schedule with your availability and preferences.

 

Diverse Job Types:

  • Full-time: Minimum of 25 clients per week for full-time in-office use.

  • Part-time: Unlimited potential.

  • Only contracted positions offered at this time.

 

Position: Independent Licensed Contractor (LPC’s, LMFT’s, LCSW’s, PhD’s, PsyD’s) 

Role: Provide expert mental health services on a contractor basis at our outpatient clinic. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health and social needs.

  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions and counseling.

  • Develop personalized treatment plans to address clients' unique challenges.

  • Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.

  • Maintain accurate and organized electronic client records.

  • Offer support to individuals, families, or groups as necessary.

  • Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.

  • Uphold ethical and legal standards in all client interactions.

  • Maintain licensure and licensure requirements. 

Qualifications:

  • Current and valid state licensure as an independent mental health professional.

  • Experience providing outpatient mental health services.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage your schedule.

  • Proficiency in maintaining electronic records.

  • Commitment to client well-being and confidentiality.

 

Psychologists (LPE-I) 

Role: Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including evaluations for ADHD, Autism, and Bipolar disorder, administer standardized tests, interpret the results, and provide accurate diagnoses. 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations.

  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions and counseling.

  • Develop personalized treatment plans for clients' mental health goals.

  • Collaborate with clinic staff for coordinated patient care.

  • Maintain accurate and organized electronic client records.

  • Offer support to individuals, couples, or groups as wanted.

  • Monitor and adjust treatment strategies based on client progress.

  • Uphold ethical and legal standards in all counseling interactions.

  • Stay informed about current practices in mental health care. Qualifications:

  • Current and valid state license as a Psychologist (LPE-I).

  • Experience providing outpatient mental health counseling.

  • Strong communication and empathy skills.

  • Ability to manage an independent work schedule effectively.

  • Proficiency in maintaining electronic client records.

  • Dedication to client well-being and confidentiality.

 

MD, DO, Psychiatrist, or Psychiatric APN

 Role: Provide expert psychiatric services and/or collaboration oversight on a contractor basis at   our outpatient clinic. 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments.

  • Diagnose and treat various mental health conditions.

  • Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications as appropriate.

  • Offer evidence-based therapeutic interventions and counseling.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinic team for comprehensive care.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential electronic health records.

  • Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

  • Uphold ethical and legal standards in all patient interactions.

  • Stay updated on current psychiatric practices and research.

  • Provide collaboration and/or oversight. Qualifications:

  • Current and valid state medical license (for Psychiatrists/MD, DO) or advanced practice nursing license (for Psychiatric APNs).

  • Board certification in psychiatry (for Psychiatrists) or psychiatric-mental health (for Psychiatric APNs).

  • Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage an independent schedule effectively.

  • Proficiency in electronic medical record keeping.

  • Dedication to patient well-being and privacy.
